No answer on call desk after 32 minutes on the line

Today I attempted to get customer service from standard bank but it was not available.

I was on the line for 32 minutes, but no one answered. Approximately every 15 minutes it resets and you end up back at the start of the queue.

I did not have the time to see if one could wait indefinitely for customer service from standard bank.

I suggest avoiding doing business with this bank.
