No action taken now im handed over to attorneys

I was under debt review but as soon as this was cancelled I contacted Standard bank directly to place a debot order on my account to recover the outstanding monies. This was 2 months ago , emails which I have proof of and that has been responded to by an Ashleigh Lyon and Vicky.Monnapula. They asked for banking details which was supp**** to date the debit order hasn't been loaded and now im getting threatening sms's. Please can someone contact me in this regard , I did make an effort to sort this out and now I am being penalized for your staffs inefficiency.
