No Accountability Standard Bank

It's been a year since my Standard Bank account was hacked and funds ******, to date Standard Bank has failed to prove to me with a report as to what happened. All I was told was that they were unaware of what was going on and that they allowed my funds to be taken because they thought it was me. they have failed to provide me with a report showing they did an internal investigation on their side. My money has been ****** and nobody is being held accountable. Standard Bank prove to me that this was not an internal job..... Prove to me as a client that due diligence was done on your part. It's impossible that the transaction was not flagged. So WHY has no body sent me the report ????????????? Standard Bank is useless.
