No access to public rest rooms

I went to standard bank at 5 simmonds rd johannesburg.whilst I was there attending to things I needed to do I need to use the public rest rooms which I altered discovered was locked and only security had the keys.i wasted 15 min running around trying to find this security they claimed had key and nobody could take account to the where about of this security guard.i ended having to exit building and having to go to nearest garage to use the toilet.
