No access to my account and funds

I had opened up a savings account with the Kenilworth branch in December last year. I then tried to use the account over the weekend and I don't have access to my money. I called the call Centre they said I should go in to the branch because my account is locked. I went into the Kenilworth branch Saturday and the consultant told me it's my card. Bear in mind I have not used this card it was my first time Saturday. He said he will give me a debit card so I can have access to my funds and he will order my a new card. This was after 1 the branch had now since closed its doors. I don't know if this was just to get rid of me or what?? He said he can't see a lock on my account. I walk out of the branch I still can't access my money. He says to me the branch is now closed I must come back in the week when I asked for manager. I called the call Centre the consultant says the settings on my account was not active for swipes and withdrawals and I can now use my card. I tried using it today Sunday it still gives me the same error.. I called the call sentre and the consultant says there is a lock on the account she says in December I was supposed to provide my proof of address and identity document. I told her I did that on the say when I opened the account. The call cuts once again the consultant does not even attempt to call me back. I tried to do a transfer to my FNB bank account and it says 2009 technical error.... So tell me standard bank when will you give me access to my own money???? I am also not paying for any of these 3 cards as clearly the fault was not with the cards. Your service is very bad. I want my funds and I want this account closed and please do cancel the card that was ordered. Tell me who I at fault here? The consultant who opened up my account? The consultant once again that assisted me Saturday as well? Now I have to waste another day coming into the branch to explain the same story over again.... This is very very frustrating
