No access to money on payday!!!

On my pay day standard bank deiced to mess with my accounts, There system states my account of over 5 years is not a registered account number. Inter transfers money is just gone **** untraceable, because there Head office cant even access my history!! On top of this i need to call them for communication every time WAITING ALMOST 30MIN TO SPEAK TO SOMEONE THAT CANT HELP (SO SICK OF HEARING ITS BEING ESCALATED!!) . and i still need to wait 24-48 Hours before i get an response. How do they expect me to pay bills or live for that matter with no money ON PAY DAY!
