Nkululeko Sithole from complaints is a star
This guy knows all about customer service and complaints resolution, he is actually the reason why my opinion about Standard Bank is changing, he helped with a capital reduction query and I must say I was shocked to be even receiving timely and effective communication from everyone working on this. Keep up the good work Nkululeko, or the company could just promote him for going above and beyond each time.
