Nkululeko from Standard Bank the commediene

So, my bond debit order with Standard Bank goes off on the 2nd of every month. In December 2017 Standard Bank did not debit my account on the 2nd, however tried to debit on the 22nd of December. Obviously the debit order bounced and fees were deducted. I complained and a Nkululeko Sithole contacted me and advised that my bond was in arrears and I should make the necessary arrangements. I emailed him on the 16 January and told him I had made the necessary deposit into my savings account and he should make arrangements to recover. He agreed he would.

Low and behold, on the 23rd April I made contact with Nkululeko again, regarding this issue and he kept stalling, 1st asked for account details, then for contact details, then he would mention that he tried to call etc...etc.. Needless to say the matter has not been resolved. So, Standard Bank, I ask you with tears in my eyes, is the bond in arrears or is it not?? If it is, please debit my account with the arrears, if not do nothing...as you have been for the last 5 months. Perhaps also consider hiring competent individuals who would like to solve customer queries...also listen to the call made on the 2nd May @ approx. 14:10...from the PTA office...
