New system generated questions from Standard Bank

I just phoned standard bank for a settlement figure on my vehicle finance. After doing all my security questions like Id, cell no, address etc,they asked me system generated questions like is my bond with Nedbank?? do i have a credit card with Standard bank which has nothing to do with my security check i then refused to answer it and in return they refused to give me my Settlemen figure!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!can you believe it.I then spoke to a manager and he advised me to go to a branch.Standard Bank i think you going to loose a lot of clients.
