New service fees

Newcastle Standard Bank must be the worst for playing help themselves to your money. November last year just helped themselves out of one of my account R274 odd and then another R125, well the stories were seriously good and both were a repeat and finally they gave me back the lesser of the two. But then they started on the next account playing help yourself, and another story to a story to a story, closed the account. Now this evening opened the statements, and my next account has been plundered. I think it is time to send the ombudsman a letter, no use talking to the useless staff. Just make up fees as they go along. This account will be the next one to be closed shortly. One really needs to take a hint they DON'T WANT CLIENTS AS THEN THEY HAVE TO ACTUALLY WORK FOR A LIVING.
