New Petrol card fee

I have a Elite Plus account at Standard Bank. On 7 January they deducted R336 for a petrol card, the first time ever. Their new pricing guide for 2015 does not indicate this fee, neither did their 2014 pricing guide. Despite several attempts to get this resolved with the bank I'm still out of pocket. While trying to resolve this, they've tried to upsell me to another package and send me from pillar to post. Why can no-one listen to the issue and address it? Very poor customer experience, and in my books this is *****ing from my account.
