NEW PAYING METHODS DON'T WORK!

My mother (who is disabled and in a wheelchair), had cash she collected of mine that she wanted to pay my sister's homeloan with, where it states you can pay at most of the major shops, she tried 2 stores and they said they don't do it. She then went to Standard Bank where she was told they will charge high bank charges for using her FNB card. My mother is now driving around East London trying to make payment. This is not on Standard Bank! Who incurs the cost of riding around and trying to find a store that does this. Please get your facts straight before advertising these things!
