New online Business Banking inadequate
As a loyal customer for 30 years having my personal and business account with STD bank, I have finally made the decision to move banks. My business banker is on sick leave and no one else is able to help me with your new and "improved" online banking system. This morning all deposits and payment references on the statement are called DD. You are unable to link my business credit card with my profile. Unfortunately, this is leading me to believe you are no longer able to fulfil in my simple banking needs.
