New internet banking site

I am trying to use the new Standard Bank internet banking site. <br> To link my old profile to the new one, I need to enter my card number, CSP and password. My CSP is 6 digits long, Standard Bank allowed me to choose a 6 digit CSP on the old site and its been working for years. When I try to link the old site's profile to the new one, I get a validation error on the CSP field, saying that this field can only be 5 digits long. Who the hell designed this?!
