New Home Loan - NO Statements?

I sent an e-mail to Itumeleng Mphopho on 19/10/2015 to ask if there is a reason why I never received ONE Home Loan statement since start of new home loan in May - so don't even think of the excuse of quarterly statements only.<br> I did not even get a reply to my e-mail - let alone a statement? Sub-standard service in my opinion.
