New FICA regulation or lost documents?
I have received three sms's from Standard Bank informing me that I need to FICA my account. I ignored the sms's as I have not app**** for any new account, loan etc. which would warrant me to FICA my accounts. On the 28th February 2015 I noticed that Standard Bank just froze my accounts? I went to the bank to \comply"with their regulation"
