New fees for proof of payment notifications

I am dumb struck. I came to do a payment using the banking app and discovered to my horror that Standard Bank have the audacity to charge for sending proof of payments. Have they no shame to charge their clients every little last cent? Sending an sms via a company profile on most of the cellphone providers, costs in the region of 30cents. Now they want to charge the customer R1.35. Sending an Email proof of payment costs R1.10. Have they needed to employ staff in order to manually send these items???? As customers we are already been charged monthly fees, not to add this additionally. Shame on you Standard Bank!
