New account No card issued

<p>I opened a new account two weeks ago and I still haven't received my card. What's the point of opening an account when you can't even use it? I've tried going to the bank but they said I should wait for an sms notifying me to collect the card. Customer care email is not even helping. 2 weeks? I've never heard of such!!</p>
