never use standard bank merchant services - there is no back office ,no service -1 week no joy

i cant believe that its been a week since i tried to contact standard bank mercahnt services and nothing has been actioned , not even a call back . who can i call to cancel my 2 visa terminals , worst service ive experienced in banking industry .
