Never use Standard Bank

Yolanda from Standard Bank Hello Peter department nformed me that the matter was resolved and that they will issue a letter of proof to the dealer and that i can get it today. Unfortunately when i contacted the dealer today for the proof , i was informed that Standard Bank refuse to issue such a letter. ..Standard Bank was at fault and did not hesitate to cause serious damage to my good name by handing me over to debt collectors . I wonder what will happen if i take legal action . This was a issue that should have been resolved between the Dealership . Dynamic Auto Klerksdorp and Standard Bank. . .
