Never trust this bank and whatever their consultants say!!
If possible, I would have given negative rating. Went to the bank (Cresta Branch) in 2017 to close my account as I was migrating to another bank. The consultant told me to leave the account idle and it will be suspended, and if I need to use it again, I will just have to visit any branch and make the necessary arrangements. Now I am receiving calls from attorneys saying that I owe the bank for bank charges over 2 years!!!
