Never take anything out by Standard Bank

I was retrenched last year I have sent all my documents to the email address standard bank give me to ***, I have insurance on my credit card but they don't want to pay it and they not getting back to me pluse they handed me over to some debt collectors demanding money and harassing me all the time.
