NEVER TAKE A PERSONAL LOAN WITH STANDARD BANK

im writing to discuss the terrible service and incompitence of standard bank personal home division, i took a personal loan out in December and since then every month has been debit orders off my current account. and every month i get phone calls a day later to say my account is overdue. I expalin that my debit order has gone off and it shouldnt be in arrears. they then confirm that they can see it on their system and will update it. Too my frustration every mnth i get handed over to attorneys after they have "updated it". then i have to sit hours and days on end trying to reverse the account that has been handed over. Through tears and anger, i have been handed over again for Two month of not paying yet my debot orders go off. i am disgusted with standard bank to the point i have cancelled my current account with them. every month they say its a technical error and will be corrected.

I will not pay attorney fees and all as i have already sat months and hours phoning the call centre to update their system. i have tried to contact a management but no one phones back, left messages on facebook, with replies they are going to phone me.... NOTHING!!!!!!!

Please never take out a personal loan with standard bank. they are pathetic and imcompitent!!!! i will never have anything to do with standard bank ever again. and will tell everyone i know how poor their service is.

Worst bank in the world!!!!
