NEVER TAKE A LOAN WITH STANDARD BANK

Standard bank is worst bank to take a loan with take it from me. I once reported them at Ombudsman but I lost the case because the signed electronic contract which it's terms had not been explained to me properly. The consultant said "the amount you are required to pay is R1300 but you can pay more if you want and go back to the original amount if you feel its too much for you)I blindly agreed and signed the contract. I am from rural areas i didnt know i was supposed to receive a hard copy. I wouldn't have agreed to signing a fixed contract and pay R2400 instead of R1300 for a R42000 loan that I took with them. At Capitec they give you a R250000 loan and you pay R5000 per month. I had already paid half of my loan when I suffered a financial set back and I asked them to lower my installment and they bluntly refused. Guys if you need a LOAN DONT GO STANDARD BANK. They are not about helping people they just want to see you indebts. I had explained my situation to them. Not all of us are fluent in English they have consultants for that. They really did me DIRTY I swear. I wish I could attach the emails of the emails I sent them and the call recordings.
