NEVER take a Home Loan with Standard Bank!!!!!!!!

DO NOT take a Home Loan with Standard Bank! Standard Bank has the most *********** team I have worked with in a long time! My first home loan debit order was set to go off in October already, but every month the just reverse the amount. I can’t make manual deposits into the account and even went to the bank where they tried to do it for me, but not even their own personnel are able to make a simple deposit. I have phoned them about five times, where every time the consultants just tells me they have no idea what is going on and they will do a transfer for me, which never happens. I am so disappointed in Standard Bank, who are now threatening me because my account is not up to date. How is it possible that you have an account where no money can be deposited into and NONE of them an assist you with resolving the issue but they threatened you because the account is not up to date???? This is totally unacceptable, I will do my best to move my home loan to a different bank and never deal with them again!!!
