Never take a credit card here drama

<p>In the 10/02/17. I took up a credit card with them and I was told they will deduct 3% of the balance </p> <p>And so says my contract copy but during the course of march I received a courtesy call where I was told they had made the option to pay what ever was used I thanked the gentleman was happy</p> <p>Month end came and they tried to debit 8000 and when I called the card line they say do I know know who assisted me is it there on my contract I must go them again</p> <p>Like really I have held a Nedbank credit card for years maintained it well why am I now supposed to know</p> <p>Peoples name's they are not my friends just service providers I was so irritated at the fact that</p> <p>This means no o e knows what happens and who activates an account makes a change the kind of ***** that could happen</p> <p> </p> <p>None the less I will be moving my salary Nedbank</p> <p>After all this im not sure my salary is safe</p> <p>No one will know who increased my limit issued a new card GOD this is scary .</p> <p>And my issue still hasnt been sorted out.</p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
