Never seen such bad service

I spend a large amount of time in banks and this was officially the worst experience and most irritating experience ever. You walk into a bank to release your own fixed deposit, they refuse to refix the deposit without Fica. Even though I have Fica. The attitude stinks. The people are not at all helpful. Not willing to find solutions. Not sure they have the mental capacity to find a solution.
