Never open an account at Standard Bank

Going for the 2nd almost 3rd month. Even after my hellopeter review. Wow these guys are pathetic. Now we are expected to pay banking fees because Standard Bank is delaying the closure of the Business account. Because of a staff member not completing the admin process. How can there be only one person assisting with these types of queries. We were even phoned by the Standard Bank complaints department and still no joy.

Really guys. How can anyone recommend a bank if there is there is not only poor, but lack of service.....
