NEVER make use of Standard Bank for an Attorneys Trust Account!

NEVER EVER EVER make use of Standard Bank for an Attorneys Trust Account. Since opening the account I had problems. The bank charges were deducted from my trust account instead of my business account, despite requesting my so-called business banker THREE TIMES to correct it. Fees and interest for the Law Society are being deducted from my trust account, despite their being no interest payable to the Law Society, as there is NO MONEY IN MY TRUST ACCOUNT.

PATHETIC to say the least. Such a so-called business banker (Whitney Marera from the Menlyn Park branch) is an embarrassment to the banking industry and causes me embarrassment at the Law Society.
