Never leave Standard Bank to be your executor

My late mother died in 2016. She left her will with Standard Bank and since then the named executor has changed so many times due to staff leaving Standard Bank. We are sitting with our hands tied because the attorney from SA Home Loans is waiting for documentation from Standard Bank and they are taking their sweet time appointing a new executor from the Master of the High Court. Highly irritated as it not only affects myself but my brothers as well as they are awaiting the payout from the estate. Not happy at all.
