Never get it right the first time

I had to take off work to get my monthly increase lifted as I have much higher bills to pay this month. I went into ERM STD Bank. The limit was supposed to be lifted, the girl at reception still wnet to find somebody to AUTHORISE and was said that everything is now fine. I signed papers that alsa stated the increase. However, this weekend, when I NEEDED my money, the ATM told me I have exceeded my limit, I checked, the limit is still NOT changed. I do not have the luxury to take off work for stupid things like this!! Get my limit set to what I signed for. I am not going into the bank again. WHY on earth do I not have the luxury on Personal online to set my own limits???? Like most other banks, including ABSA, you can change your own limits on your personal online banking. If my debit orders bounce, STD BANK is going to pay!! It is my money, I should have access to my own freken money!
