Never expected such incompetence from a big bank
I had a revolving loan with Standard Bank that was fully paid at some point . I then used some of the funds and paid back within 10 day because they called me over 8 times saying my account is overdue and they would not stop calling . Then I fully paid back the loan .
Today , My credit record shows that they blacklisted me and said my account is in arrears. When I call them, they say their records show that I have NEVER defaulted on the loan . So how does this loan show on the credit bureau that I defaulted ? They are saying it will be updated in a few month to show that I didnt default but they cant tell me why it's even appearing ? I never expected this from such a reputable bank
Now i cant apply for other credit because of their incompetence .
