NEVER EVER USE A BANK TO WIND UP A DECEASED ESTATE!!!!!!!
The department dealing with late estates is pathetic. The people have NO interest in doing their jobs. We have been waiting for 10 (TEN) MONTHS from time of OTP for a property in an estate to be registered. They have been telling is for the last 4 (FOUR) months that they are waiting for cancellation figures from the bond department. This is unacceptable. Bond cancellation figures take 2 to 3 days NOT FOUR MONTHS!! Wake up people!!!!
