Never ending payments on student loan

We took out a student loan for my brother in 2015, he completed his studies on 2017 at which point we in formed Standard Bank that he has completed his studies and has started working. They updated the account and we started paying of the loan, we got an email stating the monthly repayment amount and that it will be payed over 35 months. End of June 2020 was the 35 month but at the end of July 2020 we where debited again the full monthly amount. I have been trying for months now to get any information on the status of this loan and a statement or even just an outstanding balance but no one at Standard Bank is able to assist me and I'm being sent from pillar to post with no answers. During the entire time we have had this loan, since 2015 we have not gotten a single statement for this loan.
