Never do a will with Standard Bank coz you'll regret the process of the estate lodgement

My dad made a will with standard bank and he passed away in April 2024 and we did start with the estate process and now it's almost two years since his passing and all we get from standard bank estate agent Mishka Pillay is the they have lodge it and you even though you lodge a complaint nothing is being done.

I am a standard bank customer and was thinking of doing a will with them but now I don't think I do so as I don't want my family to suffer like what my mom is going through with the current process of my late dad's estate.
