Never ask for assistance when medically boarded. They don't care!!!

Never request assistance due to being medically boarded. Asking them to reduce the interest was too much too ask . Instead they asking me to settle the debt and they will offer a discount. I really do not understand banks when you struggling to pay they want youyo settle the debt. How do you do that when you can barely afford the minimum yet when you pay and keeping your account up to date no discount is ever offered. That makes no f"en sense.

Never request assistance from Standard Bank and never deal with Emma Matthews. She was absolutely no help.

Yet i contracted this diseases while working for Standard Bank

I distinctly asked Emma to not further respond to my complaints on hellopeter as j just want the public to know the outcome of my last complaint and how Standard Bank responded.
