Network problem at standard bank ATM
on friday 14 March 2015 I tries to withdraw an amount of R1000 spar instantMoney from standard bank ATM and the machined went offline on the middle of the process.when I went to Spar I was told the money was withdrawn.I then went inside Standard bank and they told me they sent an email to InstantMoney informing them about the problem and that I wil get another voucher that day but till this day I havnt.I need my money Please help.
