We made an offer to purchase a house from them in march this year. Since the offer was made and accepted there was certain necessary repairs to the house that had to be done. The owner decided not to stick with the contract and rend the house to ppl that are not the purchaser. Since the house was in desperate need of maintenance the tenands keep phoning me for repairs after repairs the bank now want more money for the house than agreed on. Since I broke contract. The hole roof is leaking and since I stopped doing repairs the rain has caused tremendous damage to the already deteriorated house. The owner takes no responsibility the bank take no responsibility and every effort from my layers to solve the matter ends up on it being passed on to a new person and no replys. I find this a shame and terrible disgrace to our fragile economy and a bank like standerbank should by far be leaders and not add to the problem shame on you. <br> <br>
