Negative impact on my name

When I looked at my credit profile on my ITC record or credit beareu, I noticed that I have 2 active credit card accounts with standard bank and they are both open. When I called this afternoon, I was advised maybe it is because I was issued with a replacement card and now the old account is still reflecting. what made me very cross is that this is spoiling my rating at the credit beareu because I am reflected as having 2 accounts whereas I only have one account with them. And now I am reflected as having a lot of accounts. This is so frustrating and when I contact their contact centre they don't pick that up.
