Negative Balance

Hi I would like to find out why my balance is on -R1000 after withdrawing R1000 from my account. Is this another mistake on your part? Please explain

I just spoke to two of your consultants who can not explain this to me.
And then they proceeded to transfer me from pillar to post with no explanation.
I'm pretty sure if I went to the branch like the last guy suggested they will also not be able to explain.

I do not have overdraft but why is my balance overdrawn.

I'm receiving my salary today and it will be upsetting to lose a R1000 to you people with no clear explanation.

Please Standard Bank, I need my money back. I can't withdraw 1000 and then be left with -R1000 as a balance. I dont have overdraft. That was money in my account and then you guys just took it
