Need help with a will at Standard Bank

I have been trying all the Standard Bank Contact centre numbers on google, from their website but it doesnt work. Why is it so hard to get through to Standard Bank. My issue is I took my mother to Standard Bank Promenade Cape Town on Friday 19th February. My stepdad passed away last week and his Will is with Standard Bank. They could not assist my mother at all and she is the beneficiarry. They said they would call her back but today 23 Feb no one has called her back. My mother is old and doesnt have energy and time to chase after Standard Bank. Please can someone urgently call her back on ***
