nearly 2 months still waiting

We logged this geyser that burst with Standard bank on the 16th of December 2014, the plumbers came the same day to stop the water from running further. Then kwikot had to come out which also took time, then they couldnt put the geyser in as they 1st needed the builders to open the roof, then when had problems with the 1st builders and then requested other builders. The 2nd builders did not quote all the damages and when we complaint about it by Std bank we were told to write it on the builders form which was done, the door frames still have bubbles which is starting to peel off. The floors were the same colour the whole house through this is now 2 coulors, the floor around the cupbourd in the room still has to be fixed and still awaiting. We spoke to Std bank on the 6th of February 2015 and we were advised that it will be escalated and the assessor will be sent out. Still no feedback and no assessor.
