NATIS DOCUMENTS
Our Vehicle was paid in full at the end of November 2018.
We have contacted Vehicle Asset and Finance on numerous occasions both telephonically and by email to request that the registration papers Be sent to us.
To date we have had no reply to any email or a call back to confirm when the registration papers will be sent.
Please could you advise who I need to contact as this matter has taken over 9 months to resolve, where are the registration papers kept?
Your urgent reply and assistance will be greatly appreciated.
