NATIS DOCUMENTS

On the 11th of February 2016 proof of payment was provided and the natis document was requested from STD Bank. Needless to say after numerous calls, emails and faxes up till today i have failed to receive the documents requested. According to the Call Centre i should have received the documents today 22/02/2016 - However upon following up my request i was told that the request is only being processed today after NUMEROUS calls and promises and will only be sent to me on 29/02/2016 or else i can retrieve the documents in Midcity JHB in 3 working days. - THIS IS UNACCEPTABLE SERVICE FROM STANDARD VEHICLE & ASSET FINANCE. Your Call centre is not escalating the request as they promise they do. I need these documents asap.
