Natis Document for my car

I have a car that was financed though STD Bank and in May this year I paid the account off.<br> Over two months ago I sent a written request for my natis documents to be sent to as instructed by the person dealing with at the bank. I have not until today received the document and I was promised that they would send this to in 14 days.,<br> <br> I do try all the time to contact this office but they forever not available to talk to me. If sent emails that will come will come to me but providing to solution to the problem.<br> <br> The issue that I am currently facing is that I need to get a new licence disc for my vehicle but I am unable to proceed due to this problem that I have with this office.<br> <br> They are aware of this issue but they just not willing to assist me.
