Natis Certificate

I purchased a Mercedes Vehicle in 2010. This was financed by the bank and the loan re paid in 2013. I am in the process of selling the vehicle. I called Standard Bank Vehicle Finance on 1st July and spoke to consultant Daisy. She was able to obtain the vehicles details under Carmen Foodscc of which I was a member. It was arranged that the original Natis Certificate be sent to my address in Potchefstroom per courier and that a copy of the certificate be emailed to me. I received an email Ref SN2407/00004 with no attachment. I called again 2nd July re the certificate but with no success. Called again 3rd July spoke to consultant Mohamed. He supp**** me with a cancellation letter for agreement no *** but no more information re the Natis Certificate. Called again on 8July spoke to another consultant. No success with Natis Certificate. The fact of the matter is. The original certificate was not delivered to me and must still be in your archives. I am also a very longstanding customer who urgently requires your assistance.
