<p>paid off my vehicle in April 2016, until now I am struggling </p> <p>to get my Natis papers from standard bank.. I have been sending emails to Zenobia Harmen who is a manager in VAS. She never bothered to respond to my emails.</p> <p> </p> <p>I need my Natis Standard bank do I have to fight to get them?</p>
