NAEDO DIAL24 Debit Order *****

My Market Link account has been victim to dreaded DIAL24. This case has been reported as soon as I got a bank statement this statement was 2-3 Months Old then because of postal Strikes. I Reported the case and got half my Money back in about a weeks time. I waited a few weeks and followed up on this. I got a little amount of money back after that. Today When I called to follow up again I was Told that my reference number that was given to me by Standard Bank is invalid.
