MyRoof is a ****

My Roof is a ****. They say they sell houses for Standard Bank but they don't have a clue what is going on. It took me over 8 calls with no luck even viewing a property. Spoke to numerous people over emails to. And nothing was done. Even sent one to the manager. They just keep saying that an agent must take me out and Standard Bank has all the details. But here is a fun fact.

They try and market a house on their website online. Then they don't put any specific details on the property. So that you cant participate on the auction. Then the agent that needs to sell the house buys it far under market value and fixes it and then sells it for a profit. So the real buyer looses out but most of all the bank looses a crazy amount of money. It happens daily. That being said. I think it is sly at its best.

I still have not got any feedback and its a month now. My home loan application has be done and I am ready to buy a house through Standard Bank home loans. But I don't believe that I will stick with them after all of this.

Its just bad bad bad service. Probably nothing new in SA. But at the end this is happening and Standard bank is loosing millions of $$$$ Hence i have a problem with this. because it puts all us end users in a bad spot with high interest rates and fees.
