MyMo team ***********

I have been a standard bank customer for a very long time and their service has always been good for me but recently I have had a dissatisfaction on their service. I have been seeing this MyMo account promotion but have not taken it serious until recently when I received a message that if I upgrade to MyMo account I will get certain benefits and I should just reply yes to that message to upgrade. I rep**** yes but no one has contacted me until now.

Seeing those benefits I just thought the Mymo account would be suitable as my personal account. I did not receive a response since my sms so I decided to apply on their website since it was advertised as easy and fast but when I completed the application it was not successful saying it cannot be complete online and I should go to my nearest branch.

The person who assisted me with my business account was accurately on time with updates but this MyMo team are really ***********. I am not happy.
